The grenade ammunition has no resource cost. The launcher comes stocked with 2 grenades. The splash is lower than normal grenade's but it has the capability to kill any infantry in 1 shot (Direct Hit) and Max suits in 2 shots. The ammunition can be replenished by engineer ammo packs or infantry terminals.

Shots fired into an enemy target at close range will result in lower damage effectively damaging both of you and killing neither. The grenades themselves seem to be extremely weak vs. Heavy or Light Armor Tanks.

The grenade launcher has an alternate firing mechanic that pitches the grenade launcher back into a artillery style delivery.

The cert for this attachment is normally 100 Certs. The attachment is normally available for most S-class weapons (Gauss Compact S, Gauss Rifle S, etc.)
