The TRAC-5 S carbine provides slightly more versatility over the TRAC-5 with its multiple firing modes and additional attachments. As a trade-off to its versatility, it will be outmatched in terms of rate of fire, reload speed, and handling. The weapon has the unique option of equipping an underbarrel grenade launcher , smoke launcher , or shotgun as a rail attachment. Keep in mind that ammo for an underbarrel weapon can be replenished by an engineer's ammo pack! Its affectiveness at medium ranges give it its versatility, which is more suitable to the engineer than the light assault because of the light assaults primary focus on CQC. This generally means the TRAC-5S is a desirable weapon if don't plan on being drawn out of your weapons situational advantage or if you generally play support, but that supportive manner it fills means it is in competition with the accurate T5 AMC.
Damage with Range:
143 @ 10 meters
125 @ 39 meters

TRAC-5S Or T5 AMCEdit
The T5 AMC has a lower firerate than the TRAC-5 S but it wins in the ADS accuracy and the tightest recoil pattern of any TR carbine while ADS (Aiming Down Sights).
