The Pulsar C is a carbine for the Vanu Sovereignty. It is basically a carbine variant of other VS Pulsar rifles.
Unlike other VS weapons, including other Pulsar variants, which shoot accurate projectiles at modest firerates and mid-tier damage, the Pulsar C deals more damage per shot, fires slower and has higher recoil, similar to most New Conglomerate weapons.
As the weapon has heavy recoil and high damage with a slow rate-of-fire, it is best used at medium ranges while burst-firing and using ADS, as the weapon has respectable hip-fire. Although it's vertical recoil is high, it's horizontal recoil is very negligible, which make it extremely controllable with practice. Many players consider the Pulsar C as a more controllable version of the NC Mercenary counterpart for this reason.
The current description for the Pulsar C is slightly misleading, which can cause some trouble for new players.
Damage with Range:
167 @ 10 meters
143 @ 44 meters
125 @ 70 meters
