The M12 Kobalt is a gunner weapon available to main battle tanks . It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash .
The M12 Kobalt is a purpose-built anti-infantry weapon. Rare amongst vehicle weapons, the Kobalt fires similar rounds to that of an infantry weapon, unable to damage all but the most lightly armored of vehicles. In exchange, the Kobalt is relatively accurate, and deals incredibly high damage to infantry.
As with all Nanite Systems weaponry available to main battle tanks , the M12 Kobalt counts as Empire Specific Weaponry, and the Account Wide Unlocks system does not apply cross-faction if the weapon is purchased using Daybreak Cash.
