The LC2 Lynx is a carbine available to the Terran Republic. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.
The Light Carbine 2 Lynx is a unique weapon among the carbine line-up, featuring amongst the fastest rate-of-fire of any weapon in the game at a blistering 909 RPM. The weapon is chambered for a less powerful round to achieve this feat, clocking in at only 125 damage per shot within the maximum damage range.
Unlike most close-quarters weaponry, the Lynx's recoil is relatively manageable, and the reload speed is moderately fast. However, the Lynx's low damage range causes the weapon's time-to-kill to increase drastically outside of the maximum damage range, though inside that range the weapon's headshot bullets-to-kill equals that of 143 damage weapons against standard 1000 health targets.

Ribbons and Medals[]
It is possible to earn both Ribbons and Medals while using the LC2 Lynx. Each ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with the carbine. Medals are awarded upon reaching kill milestones with the weapon.

- Hipfire minimum cone of fire while airborne now uses the same minimum hipfire cone of fire as a player who is walking.
- For the Serpent VE92, VX6-7, LC2 Lynx, LC3 Jaguar, GD-7F, and AF-4A Bandit, these values are slightly larger.
- ADS CoF bloom from 0.05 to 0.045
