The Interlink Facility was a major facility planned for Hossin.
Two interlink facilities was added to the continent while it was available for testing on the Public Test Server at the start of August 2013, Hurakan Interlink and Voltan Interlink. These bases were later removed and replaced at the beginning of April in 2014 with Hurakan Amp Station, which is still present on Hossin today, and Voltan Bio Lab, which later went on to become Zotz Bio Lab.
The Interlink facility concept was dropped for various reasons, divided primarily between performance concerns and issues with the base's design. It "looked pretty, but would play poorly because of how it was set up—too many firing angles from weird places, long traversal times to important areas that force you to cross dead zones without cover, and would probably have ended a performance nightmare due to the density of props that were there," as stated by Wrel in December 2016, three years after the facilities' final appearance.[1]
Years later, a neutered version of the interlink facility would be added to Oshur in the form of Interlinks.
