Friday Night Ops, often shortened to FNO, was a PlanetSide 2 podcast hosted throughout most of 2013 and 2014 by then-community manager Margaret "Luperza" Krohn. As implied by the name, it was a weekly webcast occuring every Friday.
Friday Night Ops was a general podcast centered on the PlanetSide 2 community. The developers interviewed players, discussing the game with them as well as each player's role in the community. The podcast often gave players insight into the development process and upcoming content, both through passing commentary and occasional sessions wherein the team would directly show internal builds of the game and other upcoming assets.
After 75 episodes, Friday Night Ops came to an end on September 5th, 2014. Most of the episodes were deleted over time, with only a select few remaining available for viewing on the PlanetSide 2 YouTube channel.[1]
