6x Scope

6x Scopes are a range of 6x magnification scopes that provide incredible magnification, though force the user to sacrifice their peripheral vision to do so.

Some weapons feature integrated 6x scopes, primarily a number of sniper rifles, though the scope can be swapped out for new optics with varying levels of magnification on these weapons.

Each faction's 6x scopes, including Nanite Systems', are visually distinct from eachother. However, they are all functionally the same, providing the same magnification regardless of weapon.

  As with all other attachments, if any instance of this attachment is purchased with Daybreak Cash it will still only be available for the specific weapon it was unlocked for, however it will be available on other characters who can use that same weapon.

Scope Sway

Scope Sway is a mechanic unique to high-magnification sights, particularly where in use on sniper rifles, that causes the reticle to naturally drift left to right, up and down, to simulate the characters breathing.

The mechanic automatically moves the player's crosshair and thus cone-of-fire, although can be mitigated in certain ways.

Note that on weapons that do not naturally feature a 6x scope but can attach one as an alternative optic, such as the TRAC-5 S, the weapon will not experience scope sway when one is in use.

Terran Republic

S3

S3 6x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the Terran Republic, as well as on certain assault rifles, carbines, and light machine guns.

The 99SV, SR-7, M77-B, and RAMS .50M come pre-mounted with an S6 6x scope. This scope is that which is equipped whenever an alternative optic is not chosen on the aforementioned weapons.

The 6x magnified S3 comes standard on many Terran sniper rifles. Its moderate zoom level and mil-dot sighting makes it perfect for mid-to-long range combat.

Red-Eye

Red-Eye 6x scopes are only available on long-range 'Trident' series weaponry, currently limited to the MG-HBR1 Dragoon.

New Conglomerate

BDS

Bolt Driver Standard (BDS) 6x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the New Conglomerate, as well as on certain assault rifles, carbines, and light machine guns.

The Gauss SPR, NC14 Bolt Driver, LA80, EM4 Longshot, and AF-8 RailJack come pre-mounted with a BDS 6x scope. This scope is that which is equipped whenever an alternative optic is not chosen on the aforementioned weapons.

Lx6

The Lx6 is only available on long-range Modular Gauss Rifle variants, currently limited to the MGR-M1 Bishop.

Vanu Sovereignty

TriGon-6

TriGon-6 6x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the Vanu Sovereignty, as well as on certain assault rifles, carbines, and light machine guns.

The VA39 Spectre, XM98, V10, Parallax VX3, and Phaseshift VX-S come pre-mounted with a TriGon-6 6x scope. This scope is that which is equipped whenever an alternative optic is not chosen on the aforementioned weapons.

The TriGon-6 won the Vanu Sovereignty's bid as their standard sniper scope. It features 6x magnification and standard mil-dot sighting.

VE Hourglass

Vanu Esamir Hourglass 6x scopes are only available on long-ranged weaponry in Vanu Esamir's Corona series, currently limited to the VE-LR Obelisk.

Nanite Systems

HeXO

Nanite Systems' HeXO 6x scope is available on long-ranged primary weaponry produced by the company, such as the NS-30 Vandal.

Seer-6

The Seer-6 6x scope is primarily only available on long-range Nanite Systems Export weaponry, currently limited to the NS-30 Tranquility, NSX-A Sesshin, NSX Daimyo, and NSX Tomoe.

This attachment is purchased with A7 on the NS-30 Tranquility, requiring 25  in place of Certification Points.

The Seer-6 is an elegant take on older 6x optics, and is custom fitted specifically for use with Nanite System Export series weaponry.
