AKA Cert Point. Used to purchase weapon, mod, and ability certifications for each class. One certification point is earned for every 250 experience points earned and for medals obtained. A Copper medal from weapons/vehicles grant you 2 bonus cert points, a Silver medal grant you 10 bonus cert points, a Gold medal will earn you 20 bonus points, and an Auraxiam medal will earn you 200 certs points. To learn more about Certifications visit the appropriate Classes page, Weapons page, or Vehicles page for more information on options available. It is not possible to refund your cert points, unless in special cases where Sony Online Entertainment changes the cert price for an item and refunds the certs. One example of this is when they changed the price for the Grenade Bandolier certification.

One thing to note is that any one character can hold only 10,000 certs maximum at any one time. However, spending these certs before you get there will certainly still allow you to surpass that amount.

Passive Certification gain

Members get an additional passive certification points depending on their membership level. Passive certification point earning normally occurs at a rate of 1-4 certification point per hour. Passive certifications are earned on each character on the account, however you must log into each character in order to claim the passive certs for him/her.
