Ballistic Rapid Refire Toggle
The Ballistic Rapid Refire Toggle overclocks the Mini-Chaingun's motor drive, allowing it to both spin up faster and increasing its rate of fire.

The Ballistic Rapid Refire Toggle is a T7 Mini-Chaingun specific rail slot attachment, it reduces spin up time to max RPM and increases its max RPM itself.
Stats
Halves the initial SpoolUpTime: 1000ms -> 500ms.
Refire time is also reduced from 75 to 71, which effectively increases the max RPM from 800 to 845.
